Here is the last installment on this 3-part series on the casting process and what casting directors are looking for at pilot auditions. These are the people you are all trying to meet. As we have said both in class and in these columns, “You only get one chance to make a first impression!” Pay close attention to what these people have to say. Find out what makes a good impression on them and gets you more auditions and work through them, show after show. And pay attention to what might ruin your chances of ever getting into that room again.
