STRUCTURE and BREAKING DOWN a SCRIPT
Breaking Down and Structuring a scene can be confusing to the new actor. Here you can watch a short scene that has been structured in two different ways. While looking at the two different structures found on Pages 97 & 98 of the book. Note the choices of the actor playing BROWN (the attorney) In the first take his core is respect and the actions and tactics match his core. In the second take his core is power. See how the change in his core affects the actions and tactics and the playing of the scene.
